Wonderful service from Alan @ Secure IRL regarding issues with house alarm continuously sounding during power cut.Pleasantly surprised when Alan fixed & reset house alarm on same day as contact was made.Alan replaced equipment & made old alarm operational at a very reasonable cost.Excellent service. I got Secure IRL from The Bark site.This came back in my list of requirements I originally put in on the site.Alan contacted me in advance for the refitting of the fire alarm.He arrived in advance on the morning we arranged.He provided a very efficient and professional service. The alarm was fitted in no time.Additionally he noticed my house alarm needed readjusting. So he offered to fix that in addition.No job was out of reach.Fantastic service, would definitely call Secure IRL again for such jobs.
